No naming threads addressed to individual members!

Dear All,

Of-late we notice few members starting 'Name threads' addressed to individual members in the thread title itself. We understand that you want to get the attention of a specific member for any query you might have.

But we would like to avoid such 'Name threads' as a policy. Since addressing a thread to a particular individual prohibits other members (in spite of having the information you want) from not participating in that thread.

This being a community we want everyone to discuss and participate in any thread that is of their interest. Name threads to an individual restricts or discourages participation.
