1.BERRY YOGURT CAKE Britannia dahi-500 gm,4 fresh strawberries and cupcake. chop strawberries,whisk dahi and pour it on strawberries. ,crumble cup cake and add to the mixture,top it with the left over cake. 2.Strawberry grape delight 150 gm of curds,1 fruit cup cake,a packet of strawberry biscuits ,100 gm fresh strawberries finely chopped,50 gms black grapes mix the curds and strawberries.Crumble the cupcake and layer the bottom of a bowl with it.Pour the curd strawberry mixture on top.Keep two biscuits aside ,crush remaining biscuits and sprinkle on the curd strawberry mixture.Now top this dessert with grapes and remaining 2 biscuits. 3.TANGY BREAD PIZZA 6bread slices,6 cheese cubes,4tsp cheese spread,i cucumber finely chopped ,1 tomato finely chopped ,1 tsp chilli sauce,1 tsp soya sauce,a pinch of mustard powder ,salt peper to taste,oregano,chilli flakes,coriander leaves,tomato sauce. Cut the bread slices round.Mix cheese spread,cucumber,tomato,chilli sauce,soya sauce,chilli flakes,mustard powder,oregano,peper powder,salt.Spread the mixture thickly on the bread.Sprinkle grated cheese,coriander leaves on top and refrigerate until firm.Make swirls of tomato sauce and serve. 4.Tasty squares 6slices of bread 200 gms of curds hung in a thin cloth,cheese spread,green and red bell pepper,cut into thin slices,salt and chaat masala. mix the hung curds with green pepper ,salt and chat masala.Mix cheese spread with red bell pepper strips.Spread curd mixture on breadand the cheese mixture on another,place one top of another then place a third sandwich ,cut into 4 squares .Serve.
