No Excuse- Weight Loss Begining For 2017

    Also just keep a dress as your target.So that you can check it off wearing it week by week.I dont rely on weighing machine anymore.Some of my favorite clothes are my target and motivation.

    My serious confession is that im not drinking enough water. I have to restart my water drinking habit which i have fallen out of it seriously.

    I have severe heart burn today... Unable to shallow anything.. So no dinner... No workout...

    Lunch- coriander rice
    Snack- sakinalu, gevar
    Dinner- wheat/ragi/quinoa/brown rice dosa 3, ridge gourd dal, sambar, buttermilk

    Water- 1 ltr
    Steps- 11500

    Hello ladies

    Wow looking at all of you working so hard, i also feel like doing it. problem with me is i give up very soon. my hubby says i need to work on my determination as well.
    So here i am trying to lose my weight.
    I had 2 life changing surgeries on my spine, hence i cannot do weights training or any kind of heavy workout.
    But this year my goal is to lose weight and take care of my health so that i can take care of my family.

    I am in too with you guys.
    Will start updates from Monday.

    Was not well for last few days.. So no diet, no workout and no updates :)
    17th Jan
    -------
    Lime honey water
    Tea
    2 roti + mix veg with soybean
    2 roti, 1/2 small bowl sambar rice, sambar, beet root shalow fry, soup
    tea + khakhra
    2 roti + chicken cooked with low oil.
    2 pc of chocolate

    Spl days of the month so no workout...
    I am lagging behind..
