No Excuse- Weight Loss Begining For 2017

    Too busy yesterday to exercise, but managed to walk 10000 steps , thanks to all the errands I had to do.
    But I ate 2 gulab jamuns :-(

    Planning to work out today - 1 hr HIIT training and 30 mins stretches. Fingers crossed.

    ---------
    Lime honey water
    Tea
    Milk with Muesli
    2 roti, 1/2 bowl of sambar rice, soup, cauliflower , 1/2 bowl(small) lauki halwa:smash2:
    1 apple
    2 ragi dosa + Palak

    My maid is not well..So lots of work at home and more importantly no one to manage kid for my workout time..
    So no workout today...

    With this kind of food and w/o regular workout, hope i should be able to reduce some weight..

    How do you all manage the urge to eat carbs for dinner? I feel to hungry and ended up eating 2 dosas..

    Bf- semiya upma, tomato chutney
    Lunch- palak rice
    Snack - pani puri , nutty milkshake ( friend gave party) :-((
    Dinner- 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup wheat rawa upma, cabbage curry, buttermilk, garlic karampodi
    10345 steps
    Water- 1 ltr ( i have to increase my water intake)

    I'm in too my current weight is 68 by next month 13th my goal is to reach 65. My target weight by the end of the year is 55.. all the best for us..
