Hi All, I'm new to this group. I gained lots of weight post delivery. It is c-sec. Now I weigh 102kg. I want to reduce and be fit atleast to take care of my family. From yesterday started with some workout and diet. Will update here daily and want motivation from everyone to keep my spirits high. 9/1/2017 BF - 2 Idly + Chutney Lunch - Rice + Chicken curry + Curd Dinner - 2 dosa + chutney Water - 1.5 liters Workout Walking in treadmill - 20 min Sit ups -25 counts 10/1/2017 BF - Tuesday Upvas Lunch - Veg rice Dinner - Planning to have fruits and milk Water - 1.5 liters Workout Walking in treadmill - 30 min Sit ups - 30 counts Planning to cut down my rice intake from tomorrow, by making dalia.
