No Excuse- Weight Loss Begining For 2017

    Hi All,
    I'm new to this group. I gained lots of weight post delivery. It is c-sec.
    Now I weigh 102kg. I want to reduce and be fit atleast to take care of my family.
    From yesterday started with some workout and diet.
    Will update here daily and want motivation from everyone to keep my spirits high.

    9/1/2017
    BF - 2 Idly + Chutney
    Lunch - Rice + Chicken curry + Curd
    Dinner - 2 dosa + chutney
    Water - 1.5 liters

    Workout
    Walking in treadmill - 20 min
    Sit ups -25 counts

    10/1/2017
    BF - Tuesday Upvas
    Lunch - Veg rice
    Dinner - Planning to have fruits and milk
    Water - 1.5 liters

    Workout
    Walking in treadmill - 30 min
    Sit ups - 30 counts

    Planning to cut down my rice intake from tomorrow, by making dalia.

    Tea (I take tea always with Sugar)
    3 roti+Dal+Rasam+Soup
    Bhel with sprouts
    1 roti + Mix veg cooked with dal + 1 pc chicken

    No workout today... Maid on leave so could not fit in workout to my schedule.

    Sometimes things go wrong.That part of nature.Dont quit, or dont over do.Just stay focussed.

    Hi I'm 39yrs and will be 40 in April and want to welcome my 40s with good health, being mother of two kids 6 and 4yrs old makes it tough to take time out to watch our own health, but better late than never.

    Here I am weighing 102kgs and my goal weight is 58kgs, being motivated is the toughest challenge to me. I am always tired by the end of the day with all the work at home and kids , I don't know how to catch a break from these to start on diet and exercise. Guide me friends, very desperate to start on the weight loss journey.

    I wish to be atleast in down to 80 by April and reach to my goal by Jan 2018.

    The first change I got into my lifestyle for the last couple of weeks is to say no to food after 6:30pm and some fruit or a cup of curd before sleeping if I feel hungry.
