    Gone through the threads and found many fitness freaks over here. Lets all gather here to complete our target. We are going to start our journey with no excuse and by the year end we need to look amazing.By grouping together we can achieve and maximise our weight loss result. We should remember that there is no gimmics, magic, pills,flash diet. Ladies, have patience and we can see the magic unfold. Yeah, gear up and take the drastic step.

    You are all my inspiration.For those making an effort to have a healthier life style, I have become lazy, dull what not and looks like totally at lost. Now slowly geering with my aerobics class and diet routine. Come on share your routine.

    Now i weigh 71 KG
    Target for Jan - 69KG
    Exercise - Right now 1 hr of aerobics class.
    Diet:
    Morning Coffee
    Almonds - 10
    Idly -2 with sambhar
    Mid morning- strawberry -5
    Lunch chapathi -2 with 1 cup curd rice , chana
    Evening- buttermilk wth flax seed
    Night- oats upma
