I have a 7 month old girl. I stopped changing her diapers at night from 4 months as she did not poop in the night. I asked paed about this. This is what she said: as long as there is no diaper rash, it is fine when we don't change the diaper.

My DD is now 10 weeks old. I change her diaper at 10:00 or 10:30 just before feeding her and I change it again at about 5. So usually she goes good 6 to 8 hours between changing during nights. That is of course when she has milk twice or max thrice. Anything beyond, I change her. If I do it sooner, the diaper is light and she didnt need a change.
