New to Tampa help me out to find school and apartments

Hi friends ramya here from chennai can speak in tamil telungu and Hindi. We r moving Tampa by March 15th. My hubby going to work in Citi bank so I need some good school for my two children age of 5,8 as well as any good apartments where some Indians living. We saw The Retreat At Broadway Centre. Is this apartment is good is any one living there. Pl suggest any good schools and apartments where many Indians living
