You can buy a cat
You need not do any trainning for cat and you should buy siamese breed if you don't want to do maintanance
It is easy to look after a cat than a kitten
If its an outdoor cat you need to bath it once every 1 week or 2 week or if its an indoor cat you can bath it once a month or two
