    I have been reading your posts and other poster's replies and hence know your story...since the matter has reached to legal proceedings, i would like to give a suggestion...like others said, it is difficult to prove mental torture and related harrasement in court...so, just save those 'threat sms' from your H...you may also record his phone calls (of course without letting him know)...I am not sure, if such SMS and calls will be consiered as a legitimate proof in the court...but it may come handy to prove your point somewhere....
