Dear Shalini, My baby is 22 months old. Following are the details of his vaccination: 5 days-BCG+oral polio One and half months-Easyfive (combination of DPT,hepatitis B and haemophilus) Two and half months-Easyfive three and half-easyfour (DPT and haemophilus only,no hepatitis b) The third dose ofhepatitis b is given 6 months after the second dose of easyfive 9 months-measles 14 months-chicken pox 18 months-booster dose of DPT (Easyfour) 20 months-hepatitis A (second dose six months after first dose) 22 months-MMR 23 months-Pneumococcal 2 yrs-typhoid Oral polio compulsory with all vaccinations. There is a Rotavirus vaccine, you can ask your paedriatician regarding its efficacy, mine was not in favour of it.I went for vaccination to govt hospital, they have a very systematic approach but I purchased all the vaccines from medical stores and went there for application only.Pvt doctors charge a lot and they will advocate their own systems. My child was always given by a single prick and except for easyfive and easyfour others were almost painless and without fever.Dont go by the gimmick single prick, feverless and painless. My personal experience is let the child grow in the normal way.Too much of vaccine is also not good as it wont let the child develop his natural immunity. Dont worry, everyday is a new experience as a mother.Enjoy!!! Shruti
