Hello friends, Today i thought it will be good if i have some work sheets (like excel or so) where i can have some routine to follow for the whole week. Im looking for abs routine like for eg. mon to friday.. 10mins workout type 1, 2mins type 2,5mine type 3 or so. I tried to google and got few but really not impressed. I shall appreciate if someone has such links to downloads which can help everyone here.
