Need weight loss buddies

    hiii all,

    i am new to this site ,so trying to be regular with it.
    i want to start with my weak point,i.e weight...i have gained weight after 2 yrs of marriage.need to shed some pounds ...and really need some motivation to be regular .i started going gym in dec but i am never regular :bonk that is the only problem with me.so is there anybody here to help me loosing weight .
    my weight is now 163 pounds ,which is really alot now,my physical activity is almost nill after marriage .earlier in school i use to be good in sports and athletes so i was very well in shape that time.but now with my laziness i m a fat women now :-(.my target is to achieve atleast 135 pounds so need to loose alot.pls give me guidance and motivation.
