I am in Chennai, near medavakkam. Doing some gardening in pots in my apartment terrace. However, due to hot climate in Chennai, few flowers seeds which I have already bought not germinating..
Tried with aster seeds, pansy, sunflower and petunia as well. None of them are germinating..
So, please tell me for our Chennai climate, which flowering seeds I can give it a try..

OP - I don't live in Chennault, so cannot help with which flowers to sow. Since I also live a place which has hot weather for at least 2/3 part of the year, flowers like petunia do well in cooler months. If planted in cooler months they last for at least six months. Flowers like Periwinkle survive hot climate well.
