Hi I am looking for healthy options here. I make all sorts of parathas stuffed or otherwise, variety of sanwiches and stuffed rotis roasted outside. I am looking for more option other than these. Please give me your valuable ideas.
Whole wheat noodles ( spaghetti or semiya) with lots of vegetables, Idlis and sponge dosas( mix veggie purees or grated vegggies into the batter), Fried rice with lots of vegetables, Chickpea spinach pulav,Vegetable pancakes, Red rice poha with kids favourite vegetables and grated paneer or boiled chickpeas is also a good option. Cheesy veggie chappathi rolls, Pasta salad.
