Need home remedy for Post pregnancy belly

    You just have to do some abdominal exercises to tone your tummy.

    im pregnant myself and have no information about how to shape tummy back after delivery but im interested too as i will sail in same boat then you soon.

    Did you have spontanious delivery or c-sec? I heard after s-sec we have to wait a period of time before we are allowed to do sports.

    Maybe you can ask more precice or discribe how long dilevery is ago? Did you try yoga? Like the videos of tara stiles? I heard breastfeeding helps the womb to form back / reduce into original shape and size...

    Do you have pain or cramps or is it purely bout shape? As its in beauty and skin section you might shift it to the post delivery one... i guess more moms are there who know about it.
    If its about stretchmarks you can do oilmassage, it will lighten up and then be less visible with time, just keep patience..

    @redruby if you are pregnant start applying oil or any cream with vit E to your tummy and and upper hips daily as soon as you are 12 weeks pregnant this will prevent stretch marks. How far along are you?
    You can talk to your baby when you are doing the massage.
    Once stretch marks are formed, nothing much you can do.
    I did the massage during both my pregnancies and I don't have any stretch mark.
