    Having children at home playing with each other is a great sight !!!

    This definitely sounds like a good idea, but I guess you will also take the opinion of an experienced gynaecologist.

    I am scared of getting pregnant at 40 .will baby will have chromosomal abnormalities. ?

    There are non invasive options to have genetic testing early in the pregnancy to rule out common chromosomal abnormalities. Check out prenatal cell free dna testing using maternal blood sample.
