Need help in reducing fat from . . . .

    Hello,
    I'm writing here for the first time
    Actually, my daughter is 19 and she's really gained a lot of fat in the last 4-5 years. Initially , she was very skinny.
    But now don't know how to reduce her weight.....

    I NEED YOUR HELP in forming a DIET chart or any exercise needed
    She has heavy thighs n hips, heavy upper arms(
    from elbow to shoulder-a lot of skin-fat there) , legs and lower stomach.

    She has a very tight schedule because of her university.
    It's hard to get time but i understand that she needs to do exercise also. So,
    please suggest any diet (chart) or exercise.

    Hi dear,
    the best way to help her reduce the weight is make her walk for at least 30 mins everyday and if in the university they have a gym tell her to join it. Does she stay with you or at the university? this age of university kids tend to eat a lot of junk food due to stress of exams and also the school work.
    So start giving her healthy foods, include lots of fruits in her diet and also if she likes swimming engage her in to doing swimming
