Need Guidance To Secure Myself

I underwent domestic violence today.
No proofs,
He hit me with the leg
Pulled my hair 4-5 times.
I talked back with my valid points but whatever i have done, its not required to hit like this.
But dont ask me if any photo /video / recording.. i dont have. he hit on my head 4-5 times which is paining but for all those i dont have proof.
Please let me know how can I protect myself.
any complaints to be registered for helping in my safety.
Parents are old -they can involve but i dont want to.
I cant go away - why should i ?
I have 2 sons -i think they may need me.
Is there any help line so that i can get support and notify this to get protection

If I call police, what will they do..how will they act/address the issue without proofs I dont know.
Also I dont think he will agree and say ok if the police comes and advices...
also mine is a rented house. if police van comes, again it will be an issue right...
in turn tortures will be more only.

 

really confused.
Where I will go.. anyway am working and so i can extend my stay at office. leaving the house can be a best option right now. bt what will happen after that... but all know how south culture would be...cant really worth sitting 4-5 rounds talking and fixing and all. i knew there are lot of problems and they wont accept that these are the problems.

Moreover 2 boy children are there so they need food.
I cant tell my parents , even if they come to know - I need to console them as my dad having low BP and also after 10 years of marriage , if it is known to them they will literally feel heartbroken

My parents cant tolerate. That's what i should say.
From the initial days of marriage itself there are so much problems.
Also there are so many things where will I go, how will I manage everything etc. Then for children, it will become a separated family which is even more painful.

From day 1 he is not having good terms either with me or my parents.

I don't want to go away and escape leaving my rights.
I want to live in the same place , house and win.. Give me opinions and guidance..
What I feel is why should I leave after investing this much for my sons and parents.
If I go away and leave, they will tell so many things they wont tell any good in-front of me even to my sons.
My elder son even proved that they are wrong.
I want all the applicable rights.
