    Hi frnds..need advice and help..am in dialama...am delay to my periods to 5days which never happened before..actually trying to conceive from past 5yrs and had abortion twice..thus month actually planning to go to ivf..but not get my periods..which never happened before to me..I wil get my periods naturally mostly by 28-30days .
    Now my problem is am trying to get my periods naturally like taking sesame,drink drinking ginger water,dtink drinking fenugreek seeds water,papaya,and pineapple.. everything I tried..even though no periods....am very much afraid of wats the reason for this...plz sdadvi me what to use to get my periods as early as possible..plz help me..thank you

    No yaar.. actually this month planning for treatment so took gap...no chances of pregnancy

    Looks like you tried almost everything so why not try titali asan as well. I know for a fact that it does work. Taking papaya and doing butterfly asanas might just be the one for you. No harm in giving it a try I feel but I let you decide.

    Many got pregnant before the IVF is due, please speak to your doctor before doing all these home remedies to get period. Did you take home test ? if not please do so and speak to your customer. Lots of baby dust.
