need 1 BHK in Bur dubai / Karama i.e. near metro & center of the city

Hi friends,

I am Manpreet and i need a little favor in house hunting.

Me and my husband are looking for a 1 BHK or good Studio which is spacious, with balcony in a good locality. As we don't have a car at present so prefer to have an apartment in close proximity to the metro station. We have a budget of 35k for studio and 40-42k for 1 BHK.

Can anyone suggest good buildings or gimme number of agents who can help me in this regard?

We have to move by end of this month, or max by 1-2 Feb.

Timely help/ suggestions are most welcome.

hey manpreet..

i know how house hunting can be in dubai. me and my husband did do the traditional walking into buildings and asking if there was anything vacant and we lost a lot of time in that.

i had contacted white sand properties (they are a rental agents) and told them our specifications and budget (we were specific of wanting an open kitchen and a balcony) and within a day they lined up 3-4 houses for viewing..

i am not sure if i can post contact numbers in this forum.. maybe you can google them and find out...

they are very good and we have a good experience with them...

you need to pay some 2500 or such fees but it is so worth it.

I guess I have to settle down in International City only. Flats are beautiful and spacious and more importantly, within my budget! Thanks anyway, to both of you for help.
