    Does anyone have idea on Navins springfield,kovilambakam or someone who has bought house there.How about the nearby areas and roads??

    navin's springfield is vadakapattu..

    the one that is in kovilambakkam/nanmangalam is brookefield. there are lot of projects around this navin's. lot of construction activity. isha yaara, purvakaara, and other small players too.

    how much is the rate quoted now.

    only drawback according to me is the access roads being too narrow.
