thorana - i have cut a strip from bottom of salwar to make the base on which the bottom hanging piece was attached. I had done motifs, so cut each motif til I could fill the strip base. I stitched the motifs (leaves) and I cut the bottom hemming of the salwar and made it as hook. everything is hand stitch since i dont know to run a machine.

on this to enhance it more I pasted mirrors which was again at home lying without cause with 3d glitter. then I stitched lace to all the edges where the stitch was showing.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
To the cornors it is advised that stitch with glitter zariwork with needle without knowing it is being stitched.
Being you are doing with thermocol it is easy to stitich.
Or else use slipakar it is available in craft shop. Make both the incredient joined together well (inside the pack ) and first keep round or required shape. Then do your decorative work above the shilpakar. It will stick and will be long losting. I am sending some of the plates done by me so that have a look. If feel any doubt ask me
