Navarathri golu competitions

    Hi friends,
    We moved to India a year back and currently living in thiruvanmiyur, chennai. This is my first golu in India. I have 'family occasions' as a special theme and made few dolls to set the theme. All my family and friends who visited me, suggested that i should apply for these competitions. I checked with adyar times but their entry date is over. If you are aware of any such competition(online ones too) pls share with me. Thanks in adv.

    Many of the Tamil magazines like snegithi,mangayar malai, aval vikatan etc have coupons to be filled for such competitions. You can check with your newspaper supplier for this. Best wishes and a happy navrathri. Do post your pics. You can have a look at mine also in my posts.

    sorry for the delay being busy with golu. I checked and found that both snegithi and mangayar malar have the last dates for competition closure as 25th September 2013. As they personally visit the golu vfor judging, this is usually notified before navrathri starts. Next time, keep a look out and make prep. In advance. All the best.
