    In around 2002 when I was 22 years, I was having difficulty waking up even after 8, 9 hours of sleep. Went for a sleep study to see if it was sleep apnea, and results were negative. Had my thyroid checked, and it showed underactivity, hence was prescribed 0.75 mcg Synthroid. Even nowadays, I still have trouble getting up in the morning, especially if I am not used to waking up a particular time.

    It was found that my snoring problems caused sleep apnea & thyroid problem as well. Then I used Asonor anti snoring devices & I completely overcome with the problem.

    Natural ways to regulate thyroid
    • Eliminate processed foods and carbohydrates, including sugar.
    • Eat certain thyroid-boosting fats.
    • Incorporate thyroid-boosting fermented foods and drinks.
    • Use sea salt
    • Eat your sea vegetables
    • Exercise to help detoxify
