sorry about the long gap.
i was getting a bit impatient, anxious as i was not getting pregnant.
moreover hubby was also very busy.
july aug sept we kept trying
and then started my lucky october.
besides festivities and joys,
i had another reason to smile.
I HAD NO PERIODS IN OCTOBER.
checked and there were two dark lines.
WHAT A RELIEF !!
happiness is there, but more than that its relief.
and i am glad that i never lost my focus,
also happy about the fact that i took the right decision of focussing on my egg rather than only amh.
and my hubby was even more focussed, he also had varicocele, count and motility issues and took ayurvedic treatment for the same.
never skipped a dose and did follow all the instructions very seriously.

so its a collective victory.
me my hubby, our doctor and of course the almighty.
besides medicines and regular phone calls which dr uppal made to us,
there was a positive approach to which both of us adhered to.
we promised each other to keep ourselves immune from any performance anxiety,or any kind of result oriented stress.

so that puts a big full stop to my ttc struggle.

and a new mission starts,
a healthy pregnancy followed by a safe delivery.
this is life...
one chapter ends and the next begins.
and i hope that this one also ends happily.

i totally understand your point.
lifes gonna change.
i have already noticed these changes in the people around me.
they show me care, more affection,
i am forced to relax.

and yes everybody's excited
overjoyed, as they imagine their new family member.
i had a tough time when i used to hear bad comments from a few rude friends.
these words used to tear my heart apart but not any more,
me n my parents will always be grateful to uppal sir for his support.
his words used to give me comfort, always motivated me to stay happy and positive.
now i understand that why he did that may be because that might help us to stay calm to keep our hormones under control.
by keeping a check on our emotions we can control our hormones to a great extent.

uppal sir also helped my hubby mohit in his case of varicocele to ease his pain and also simultaneously increasing his count and motility.

talking about emotions,
i am happy
only glad with what life is offering me.
just want to thank god.

all of your advices would be highly appreciated.

people change when times change.
you are in your good times.
make the most of it.

pregnancy tips generally remain the same but in few cases they vary.
depending upon the body type
this is what dr uppal told me
but he also said that these minor variations are very limited.

one imp tip from my side personally would be to stay careful about evil eye.
i dont know what you may call this
some may regard this as superstition
but even if it is
still to be on safer side
try to limit ur exposure to people whom you think are not happy with you.

as you said people who used to hurt you by saying bad words for you.
or avoid meeting strangers
going to completely unknown places.

always keep somebody known with you
and finally the most effective tip of them all
KEEP PRAYING TO THE ALMIGHTY FOR THE WELFARE OF YOUR BABY.

its because of these forums only,
we connect easily with people from all walks of life.
even i found suntex clinic online.
and this sudden discovery of mine, led me to the most beautiful possession in my life.

hey rajni i suppose you must be nearing your delivery...
n hows everything else?
are you planning your delivery on any special date or something like that?
or you want to wait and let it happen on its own.

whatever it may be but finally holding your baby for the first time will be a special feeling.
you ll experience it very soon.
