Natural conception irrespective of amh

i am vidya,
actually i have recently started taking treatment from suntex clinic for natural conception.
although my amh is low but i am not paying any attention to it because i have already understood the same point which you are trying to explain. just like you i also did a lot of study on this topic.
after doing my online research, i decided to follow the natural track.

in my opinion
rajni if you want everything really fast then go for the amh track(ivf), but that also does not carry very good success rates.
so its like aar ya paar but really fast.

and if you want the natural way then its slow and demands patience but its safe and wont have any side effects.

so its upto you to decide.

and what about your husband's report? is he ok?
see you need to look into so many aspects before you decide.

nice piece of info @rajnik28. if the amh fluctuates in a cycle then what's the best time / day that one should go for amh test so that it gives us correct information. Or you mean to say it is not relevant at all no need to go for amh test?

My story is similar to the lady u mentioned. I had slight low end of normal Amh and all other hormones and test normal and had very poor egg quality when I was 26-27. Had 3 horrible Ivf cycles resulting in very very poor embryos but I found out I was pregnant (naturally) the month I was starting donor cycle.
As per my understanding Amh is not the only factor that measures egg quantity. Amh along with follicle count b/w day 2-7 of our cycle is a better indicator. Even though it varies slightly every month it gives a proper insight about our ovarian reserve. low Amh doesn't mean we can't conceive naturally. If a person is ovulating naturally(even with low Amh) and has a proper embryo environment you can get pregnant and this applies even when the male partner is having low sperm count.
Amh and follicle count can be affected when you have low vit d levels, stress (both were a factors in my life).
If you a in mid twenties with low Amh but average egg quantity you can try natural ttc. But if you are in 30's and low Amh and low or very low egg reserve and raising fsh it's better to speed up the process.

this deserves an applause.

i agree with you ; but in my case i had to pay some atentipn on amh because it was very low and the ultrasound scans were not showing any follicle formation.
so i asked dr uppal to help me out.

he said initially he ll give me a small trialdose for some time and simultaneously introduced my ayurvedic formulations for egg formation based on my body type.

he also advised us to continue our personal life normally and said the meetings must be performed out of natural desire not just for the sake to achieve pregnancy.

now before i could check my amh , I CONCIEVED.
this means amh must have gone up ; egg reserve must have been conserved or we can say restored and then it was used for healthy egg formation.

so i can again say that your big post is absolutely correct.
very accurate inference you hv done.
because your formula seems to fit in all ttc couples.
this can help them decide their track.

when is drastically low then its important;
but A HEALTHY EGG IS MUCH MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN AMH.!!
