    I was too busy in Finacial year closing.....Loose all my diet and workout....Started from yesterday again....

    4th: 2 miles walk at home
    5th : 15 minutes elliptical

    I too have pear shaped body....Squats will help us to tone.

    5th- 1 hour 30 minutes in gym- Cycling+elliptical

    Hi all.. I would suggest something.. past 4 years I'm learning and doing yoga.. really I felt gud physically and mentally... I'm keeping my weight also balanced... While doing meditation I really felt relaxed and happy.. dialy I will practice 1 hour yoga Asanas and half an hour for meditation, pranayama... I use to tell my son also do yoga regularly...He is 10 yrs old.. while practicing yoga he get gud memory power and concentration... So I suggest u guys to do yoga as much as to become healthy and fit..

    Which yoga type u r doing..power yoga or full body rejuvenating yoga?i am also thinking about doing yoga classes

    Hi.. power yoga is nothing but little modified from traditional one... I'm doing all... I have back pain issues after my delivery. So I usually do the Asanas related for back pain...
