    Thanks Color so much for joining....
    Exactly, we both are at same position....I too have 12000 steps daily Target.
    I have elliptical at my home but can't push myself enough to stand on it...
    Please log daily...and will motivate each other

    Hi Hope

    I brought my first witness watch yesterday after trying out various apps in mobile.
    Were trying to reach 6000k for the last two days.

    My aim is to achieve 10,000 steps. I also walk on treadmill for around 20 min.

    Congrats for buying fitness watch for yourself. This will be great help to your fitness....I too have my fitbit with me guiding everyday...earlier i used goqii and MI is resonably good.
    Gradually increase your target....6000K is good one and requires efforts....keep it for a week then increase...soon you will achieve 10k also. You are doing good...Keep it up.

    21/02/2018 - Wednesday - 24 mins 49 sec - 4.5 km

    20/02/2018 - Tuesday Rest
    19/02/2018 - Monday - 22 mins 11 sec - 4 km
    18/02/2018 - Sunday - 27 mins 15 sec - 5 km
    17/02/2018 - Saturday - 30 mins - 7 km
    16/02/2018 - Friday - 1 hr 2 mins 17 sec

    15/02/2018 - Thursday Rest

    When I was using an app in phone i could only 6000k now after updating myself with this fitness watch.

    Vroooommmmmmmmm I did my 10K yesterday.
    By evening 5.30 I completed my target and then with the daily chores at night I reached nearly 12K.:treadmill::treadmill:

    feeling very happy. Now more good thing that I did to myself was abstraining from eating late dinner.
    Had my food around 7.30 . By 9 I was feeling hungry but then I decided to take a quick shower and go to bed asap.

    Only 5 min elliptical and 10k steps...

    Day6: 2miles home walk video+ 5 min belly blast video
    30min walk+8min parnayam
    6 stairs climb
    10k step completed in the morning
    Happy for today....
