    5th Aug: Cardio 20 min running, 15 min Elliptical, 10 min Cycling
    6th Aug: Cardio 30 MIN (T+ E +C) + Weight training Arms and bisceps 30 minutes

    March madness challenge and spring 200km walking challenge: (2nd March started)
    Morning 30 to 45 minutes Walk at home workout
    Evening: 45 minutes: jogging/ walking
    2 to 13 th march: regular and finding strength and inch loss too.
