    16 Jul: 1 mile walk at home DVD Leslie 15minutes and 10 min thigh workout
    17th Jul: 20 Minutes wake up walk on Treadmill @6 km/hr and 10 minutes thigh workout

    18th Jul: 30 Minutes fast walk at home with Leslie and 10 minutes thigh workout. Focused to complete 10000 steps and 30 minutes walk after dinner.
