    Hi colors ,h r u.i could not continue my gym .I was doing my walking only.today. Went and renewed my gym membership.
    Did treadmill and elliptical alone since I started today.
    I enjoy strength training,plan planning to start strength training after a week.
    Weight s reducing gradually but not the way I wanted to shed.so, coming back
