Tuesday - 30 Min treadmill and 60 Min Strength/HIIT

I have been working 3 to 4 days..my time s as usual 10 min running in treadmill and strength training 20 min
S.i ve heard of her.she does for Kareena Kapoor etc.
I don't take ghee but I ve milk 3 times a day.and banana,I take after my coffee.

Hi colors don't have much time to come here but I ll try to update my work out.
I feel so happy when I finish my work out.i feel confident when I stay toned
Previously I have many dress restrictions.but IAM comfortable in wearing all type of dresses
I hv done 30 min cardio + 1 hr Strength at home.
Also did 30 min CX Worx + 1 hr Body Pump !!
My body is fully toasted
