My Workout Logs

    Today is 23rd feb and start workout again and will definitely pen down daily my logs. All are welcome who are interested to go long and disciplined to log daily.

    Cardio 30 min
    sides 2*30 each sides
    squats 20 one set
    leg raise 20 each

    Cardio 30 minutes (HIIT)
    Squats one set of 30
    Sides 20*1
    High knee 20*1
    Pain in my calf muscle:shakehead: but no gain with out pain...

    pain in the calf muscle indicates you are not stretching well after workout. stretches are so important. warm up and atetches so important.

    Thanks Shanvy...ok, I will focussed on stretching also....but I read your weightloss story that was really motivated me for these efforts...thanks once again...be my mentor in my fitness journey

    5 min warm up walk
    Cardio 30 min alternate walk n run(2.23 miles)
    Whole body workout 20 min + 5 min stretching
    Feeling great for this weekend:banana:

    oh love i am no mentor material.. i slip and rise and keep at it.. i have health complications so i mia. keep consistent and dont worry abput the scale..

    Day 4:
    25 min cardio(20 min run@ 6 + 5 min walk @4)
    2 minutes cycling
    15 minutes pranayam and yoga

    Get up late but not miss my gym routine though it was for 30 minutes. I m proud of myself that time issue not my excuse:clap2:

    I would like to join your thread....

    I have started doing elliptical trainer workout this month. Will update you with my logs.
    I dont get time to do more workout as I am a working lady and a mother. But still I manage to do 20 mins exercise.
    I used to do 10,000 steps everyday and had joined Prash29 thread (10k Steps Challenge For 3 Months).

    Nowadays I dont get time... But anyhow I manage to do 20 mins elliptical trainer workouts. Only on weekends I do for 45 mins or sometime more than that.
