    Hi Shanthi,

    Thanks for your explanation about compost. I am now growing tomato, brinjal plants in a plant and plans to grow chilly, lemon. After reading your post I thought of planting betel also.

    Thank u so much for sharing your hobby and making us also interested to have our own garden.

    Thanks. the mangoes are not from my garden. it is from neighbour's tree. not worth packing and taking..it is not so tasty is what people tell me.

    this year the tree is having mangoes from december..

    terrace garden, water thinamum ootra vendumaa.. ....is it neccessary?

    I would advice to water everyday, unless there is a plant that needs shade and less water.

    Beautiful terrace garden. Me too have interest in gardening but sometimes iam lazy to water the plants, hereinafter I will pour the water daily...

    Thank you a lot. Oh! please do water them, they are like our friends/babies whichever you want to assume, and will shrivel if there is no proper care.

    Good to see your terrace garden. The yellow hibiscus is so lovely. I have also been wanting that colour. My mum had peach and red hibiscus when were growing up but I was so taken in when I saw the yellow at a relative's house. I see you also have roses in the pots. I also have 3 rose pots and a leavy plant exactly like yours on my verandah. Hope they all survive when you go on holiday.
