R2I is not easy. All those that I know who returned to India have packed their bags for good to the US. They have even accepted lesser roles and pays. R2I depends on how soon you return to India and how strong are your roots in India.
Kalyani, R2I is not easy, it may not work in first attempt. It is trial and error esp if one is not finding right job and location and also if roots are not strong..I am back to US for work and want to stay put here for some time now before thinking either way again. Again everyone's situation is different , so one chooses a path that suits one the most in life.. India is great and will remain so..
