Dear OP,
If you keep fearing your son's temper nothing will be solved. Don't raise your hand on him ever. Just stop catering to their needs , let them cook and eat , wash their clothes etc. They are treating your home like a hotel. Do you have relatives who can come over for a few days?
Do you know the girl's parents?

ask your son and also that girl whether they are planning for getting married...if so when?

you can probably tell them that if they have to stay in the house, they have to get married otherwise, they have to live separetely...

you also make clear to girl's parents that they are not listening to your words even if you try to tell them you are not liking their behaviour...

it is clear that they are not listening to your words even after seeing your displeasure for their behaviour...so you need to think is there a possibility to live independently on your own, by leaving your son to lead as they wish...even if you live in the same house, you need to demarcate the acitivities that you want to do for yourself and leave other activities to them...

inother words, you need to ignore them and live for yourself...and make yourself happy without much bothering about them...
