My journey through weight loss-ALL THE BEST TO MEEEEE!!!!

    24-Apr:

    BF: 1/2 cup of milk, idly, coconut chutney
    Lunch: Tomato Rice (brown rice) and Cucumber avocado salad
    Snack: Apple, Mixed Nuts
    Dinner: Roti, Dhal, Bell pepper stir fry

    Walking: 20 mins

    Overall it was okay, but the only downside is that I had dinner very late around 10. Almost everyday I have dinner around 10:30 PM because I prepare dinner only after putting my toddler to bed. This is my biggest setback for weight loss. I have to work on this.

    Girls & ladies,

    I have started my weight loss plan from 4th August andy goal is to lose 18 KGs in 3 months. My current weight is 88 kgs. Below is my diet and exercise plan.

    Diet:

    Coffee
    3 idli/ 2 dosa (Normal or wheat) - Breakfast
    1 hot glass of water every 2 hours (Trying to stick to this since I forget during my work @ office)
    2 Adai/ Dosa/ 1 cup cornflakes with milk - Lunch
    Boiled/ Raw vegetable/ channa dal 1 cup - Evening
    Any tiffin item (Wheat Dosa/ roti/ idli) - Dinner
    Fruits in between the meals

    Exercise:

    20 mins in treadmill @ home
    20 mins core exercise
    20 mins yoga followed by pranayam and meditation

    Trying to sleep minimum 6 hours since my work demand shifts (6am - 2pm & 2pm - 11pm)

    I am following this since 2 days and planned to continue util my goal is reached.
    Why I m writing this here means many time I plan but i dont strictly follow and get tempted.
    This time I m stubborn in my decision and request you all to support and encourage me
