Hello all I am trying to reduce my weight and was looking into different diets. I don't want to do calories count or follow any diet. I am just basically trying to do 50% of veggies 25% carb and 25% protein. Some meals might miss protein sometimes but will cover protein once a day at least. PS: Requesting not to post YouTube or other blog links or post here. Would love to see your home cooked healthy meals with photos. Idea is to use this thread as Index for meals. Let's use numbers so can track later.
