My Friend Always Declines Help From Me, But Accepts When My Husband Offers It !

    My friend always declines help from me, but accepts when my husband offers it ! Help as in various forms, like groceries, free rides, small house related tasks, etc. For example, if I will offer her a free ride, she will politely decline it, but when my husband offers it, she wholeheartedly accepts it. What's going on ladies ???

    Next time when u offer some help and she politely refuses u can ask her smilingly that "when ur brother(ur hubby) asks u accept it, why don't u accept my help?" Let us see her action afterwards.

    Why is your husband offering your friend help?
    Why is she accepting? May be she likes being around him .

    Though you offer, is your husband the one who is supposed to actually do the help as in drive, pick, drop etc? In that case she may not want to trouble him unless he offers. Or she feels that since you *both* offered the help one after the other she feels ok to accept it. Or she has a crush and it is better to avoid situations depending on your trust level with your husband.

    No, both me and my husband know driving, and when he is offering help, I am not present there, or when I am offering help, he is not present there.
