@Rukmini30 - Thank u.. its really difficult to go thru IVF failure again and again, u had two fresh IVF cycle or 1 fresh and 1 FET? Statistics say,70% chance of success for around 3 Fresh cycles(and their respective FETs- so actuall transfer is more).. Theres good chance u might conceive in the next one.. Do ask your doctor abt implantation issues like elevated nk cells, doctors gv steroids and intralipid to reduce immune system response before transfer.. I have read that even the best looking embroyos can have some issues too.. Maybe u had a bad batch of eggs or it just wasnt ur time ;( il pray that u conceive soon..tc

i think they charged 5000 k for iui and sperm wash...all the expenses for iui would be 20-25 k depends on the prescribed injections.
i had spent all our savings on treatment but no success..

hi thanks for encouraging nd supporting me in this situation gives me some boost.
i had 3 fets in first ivf with grade 1 embryos in 1 fet. grade 2 embryos in 2 nd fet,and 3 rd fet with grade 2 and grade3 embryos. got negative...

before going to next ivf dr checked uterus receptive and dfi for my husband both are fine.then she changed the protocol and got good embryos did frsh ivf with grade 1 day 3 embryos transfers but got negative.

then dr asked to take intralipids day before fet, transfers 5 day blast with 4aa grade good embryo that time i got positive result then i took intralipids after positive b hcg, dr asked to check the b hch after 1 week.
unfortunately got bhcg was below 5 it means no growth.

that tome we had frozen 6 days embryos 3ab and 3bc blast, she told we can hope for the best and tried same procedure with intralipids even i had acupuncture i hope i should get 100 % postive result sadly i got negative.

donot y god is testing my patience..... in two ivf, i had 1 fresh and 5 fets, only one time got positive with intralipids finally dr told may be my body or uterus is not supporting ..what can i do..? frustrating with things, my hubby also not supporting now for further treatment..now iam in big dialamma what can i do? just irritating with all this things.

why god has chosen me for testing all this pain.....

please pray for me and give me some support my dear friends.

 

@Rukmini30 - Sorry you had to thru so much My heart really aches reading ur journey.. But don't give up..somehow there is light in the end of the tunnel..
Some options u cud do :
1) Check blood flow to uterus - They do Doppler or something fr this. Doctors add heparin injection fr it..
2) Please check internet for more ivf protocols for implantation failure due to immune issues.. Like intralipid and steroid
3) PGD testing - there could be some issue with the egg quality, even though it may look good..like chromosomal.. BT I have heard its very costly(in JS forums) don't know abt india..
4) If you don't mind me asking, what is your age??

 

@Maniwil - Don't worry..I too spent 30k fr each iui (medicines+iui cost).. But it didn't work,doc told me clearly it wont work for me before itself.. Still I did it twice.. Just because I wanted to be sure that I am not rushing into IVF before trying others..And it gave me peace and confidence that I am doing IVF for the right reasons(Its a very advanced,time consuming and expensive treatment than iui ryt).. BT I personally know 3 of my friends who conceived thru iui..And there are many from this forum too..Just pray to god and leave it on him.. It will be fine.. All the best..

 

its my long and sad story..
recently i had taken second opinion from other infertility specialist, she proscribed some test for me karytoyping,rubella igg,prolactin and AMH. for my hubby karytoyping, DFI, semen analysis and all hormone test.

my age is 33 nd hubby age 42 so age is a big factor in our case. now i don't have hope at all, i want kids but donot know i will become mother or not for my own biological kid.
just praying to god for miracle. he should pay some mercy on me. tats its, i tried my best rest leaving to god.

how about you? you had conceived in first ivf? how is your health now.
