dear ladies, I started rice for my dd who is 23 months right from the age of 7 months.. now after a year she has reduced eating rice and now totally.. there was time when i was happy that my dd was eating rice twice happily and now she hates it.. i know it is a passing phase, that is why i dont force her..sometimes she also eats but not more than 5 spoons.. my questions are? 1. is it going to cause problems if she avoids rice totally? 2. how can i introcude more boiled vegetables? right now this is her menu everyday morning - milk snack - sundal ( to compensate for not eating dhal) or 2 to 3 marie biscuits breakfast - 2 slices of bread/oats/apple lunch - fruit n milk/rarely rice pre nap - milk after nap - carrot/potato/ night - chapati - 2 please please advice a menu plan for a 23 month old who only eats oats, bread, boiled carrot, boiled potato, apple, milk, biscuits, chapathi? how to inroduce baby corn .. just boiled is enough? she does not eat other vegetables..should i be worried... weight is 13.8kg , height around 91 cms...
friend dont worry, from my personal experience my son was drinking progress followup milk only till 3. introduce rice kheer, rice mixed with cerelac etc once she likes the taste mix a little ghee and pappad with rice and try togive a liitle by little,of course it will take time to get goodresults.........my son was a very fussy eater -i used to buy cartoon charactercups and plates, and to create a special ambience so that he will get attracted........... baby corn steam it and mix with a little ghee n sugar and try to give
