Yesterday was another successful day. was on moderate night, had only cucumbers for dinner and worked out @ gym for an hour.
BF- 2 Idlis
Lunch-Brown rice+ridge guard+green gram dhal
Night- 1 pomegranate
Water- 2 L
Work out: 45 mins cycling

There are no rules..We can define and try sticking to the suggestions and report the progress in weights.

I too would love to join you all. I have so much of weight after my second baby. Baby is 6 months now and I have started solids. I am also bf baby but still I want to watch my diet from now on. Right now I only have 2 rules that I can quickly think of: 1. Watch diet (less carb, less oil, more fruits/veg etc), 2. Early dinner (before 8). Now a days I eat after 10. This is very bad.
Let’s start from today.
My ultimate goal is to lose 15 kg.
My goal is to loose 15-20 kgs. Ultimately everything depends on the diet, I am not able to make drastic changes to my diet. Have tried it already and failed at it.
Now I just try to walk daily between 1-2 hours and I am noticing difference the way my clothes are fitting. Since I am not in a rush to loose weight by a specific date, I am going to keep doing this.
I and many of my friends have lost weight before just by walking. It does take longer, but it works.
