    Hi felonopsis ,h r doing.even I got busy with kids and work.diffficult to balance.i wanted to be on track.i tried to maintain my food habits as much as possible.but work out was on and off.
    My weight updates s
    August 12 the 64.kg
    My target s 58 as I ve mentioned already.
    (January i joined with the weight of 73)

    Yesterday:
    BF- Oats+Curd
    Tea
    Lunch-2 Rotis+Cluster beans+curd
    Tea
    Night-2 pears+ 1 Banana

    Exer- 30 min zumba

    Hi I am also trying to lose 6 lbs but could not reduce. Doctor informed banana will increase weight . I was taking red banana at night .

    Currently my weight is 75.5Kg (24th Sep 2018), however i loose almost 4 kg weight since Feb 2018 though very slow.

    This week target:
    4 Liter Water
    No Sugar
    Keto Diet
    1 kg weight loss
    10K Steps
    weekend exercise 45 minutes.
    Help me to get me motivated

    According to me it's a myth about banana.actually banana s the best food to start your day.its helps to reduce weight and fully packed with nutrition.this was suggested by nutritionist
    I believe in healthy eating than the diet with fancy names bcos I can't follow that for my life.so personally I would rather concentrate on portion control and eat healthy food.this will eventually help to reduce in a better way

    Everyone can reduce weight when you get educate about food and the work out you do.this s only healthy and permanent way of losing weight.this s my opinion
