    My weight updates
    June 1st it was 66 and
    June 26 it's 65.
    I was not consistent with work outs.but I was following d diet as much as possible..
    IAM so happy and and excited.
    Thank you friend s.i got motivation from everyone and that helped me a lot

    5th April: 78.4kg
    1st May 77.4kg
    8th May 77.7kg
    10th May 77.3kg
    11th May 77.2kg
    20th May76.3 kg
    31st May 77.3kg
    2nd June 75.8kg
    29th June 76kg

    Though no change in weight...but thanks god for not gaining weight as full month guest are at my place and I visited my mummy house in a function for 10 days...
    Only festing but controlling portion size n eat mindfully works for me this tym...no workout but loss some inches from whole body.....

    Weight loss update: 15 kgs

    Have lost a total of 15 kgs since Jan 2018, that's 2.5 kgs weight loss every month.

    Dear all,

    I did not lose from last month.
    Had been over eating for the past two weeks and gained around 0.5 kg

    July 1 - 82.5 kg
    Would love to reduce 2 kg for this month.

    Hi everyone,

    I am a silent follower of this thread. I have weight loss plans to reduce 20lbs. I started my weight loss journey in Feb 2018. I incorporated 30 minute activity everyday and then made few changes in diet. I started drinking cinnamon- honey tea, added soaked chia seeds to oats, had different types of sundal (chickpeas, peas etc) everyday for breakfast. As a result, I was able to reduce 8lbs in 5 months. But I have a new issue now. Looks like I have estrogen dominance and that is causing hormone imbalance and other issues. Now I am looking more into the estrogen content in foods and I think that the foods [Nuts, seeds, chickpeas] I have been having as a part of the diet could have contributed to this. Has anyone faced a similar issue?

    This month, I have stopped doing dietary modifications and trying to workout more. Can someone provide more suggestions ?

    PS: I also had PCOS problem earlier.
