    Hi hope 26,in the weight loss journey you ll definitely hit the plateu.bcis if you are trying to loose more weight (15 kg).then you ll reach multiple plateu.be prepared.dont get frustrated.i ve few tips.
    1.detox drinks
    2.hydration
    3.increase strength training (less cardio).bcos after strength training your metabolism will be high for long periods (24 hrs).so fat loss s more in strength training
    4.cheat days
    Modifying your workout pattern then you will have change s.running like marathon will also move your stubborn fat.

    Thanks dear... absolutely correct....all 4 tips I am following since one week, changes are there...introduced detox water, up water intake, weight training and last n favorite cheat day....I will have it on Saturday afternoon....

    Me too wanted to reduce my weight. Shall I join the team?
    At present i’m Not doing any exercises (including walking).. Only the house hold chores & portion control to some extend... so pls let me know the exercise routine & also I’m expecting some motivation from the team.. And kindly let me know the steps to b followed..
    Hope this time i’ll be more determined to reduce some weight.. & All the very best for all the friends whoare trying to reduce their weight..

    Dear all,
    Wednesday was good. Thursday was out for some work. Dint track my food well. but munching on good things.
    Friday and saturday was out of track. had birthdays. etc..ended up eating junks.
    Weighed myself on friday. no change in weight.
    I am sure I would have gained last two days meals.

    Anyways, will do a fresh start from today.
