    BF - tea and waffles, almonds
    LC - milk kanji and moong thoran
    SN - Tea and carrot
    DN - millet puttu, moong and sweet

    21 April
    BF - millet puttu and moong, tea
    SN - watermelon
    LC - 3 tbsp mango rice, vazhathandu thoran and drumstick throan
    SN - sweets
    DN - 2 dosa - Tea and watermelon

    I checked my weight on friday and I was 83 kg. Glad to see the progress.

    BF - 1 bread with peanut butter, apple milk shake
    SN - cheese cake- 1.5 slices
    SN - leban
    LC - cucumber & carrot, almond , vazhathandu thoran and drumstick thoran
    DN - coucous salad and 1 bite of plain cake
    Walk - 30 mins

    Hey all,

    I am trying hard to lose weight. Post delivery weight is hard to shed with little people to take care of. I lost 3 kg in 8 months. grhhhhh!
    I workout for 5 days a week, do all chores at home and watch. But my Dr told me that without a calorie deficit we cant lose weight. Now, that's impossible with the amount of chores at home.
    One main thing is to increase overall physical activity. Doing 1 hour physical activity is not enough to lose weight. It helps to stay fit. We need activity spread evenly throughout the day.

    Followed diet well, hydrated, less.caffine, active, full of energy, less of consipation but stuck at 77.8 kg from last month....no inchloss....

    Help me to break my plateau

    Calorie deficit is possible with work / home chores. If your doctors clinic / hospital has a nutrition, consult them n get a diet chart made for you. They help in losing weight with food as well. It works, have tried.

    If can't cook separately,
    start with portion control - eat less of your regular food
    cut out any junk food / sweets (keep it like 1-2 piece for a whole week - strictly healthy snacking only
    Cook with less oil, add loads veggies n fruits, brown rice as part of daily meal for everyone.
    Have timely home cooked healthy meal n finish the dinner early.
    Use apps like HealthifyMe to count calories, I use that regularly to keep a track of my intake.
    - These things sounds simple, but they really work.

    It's tough while starting out but our body adapts pretty fast.

    Hi, have u tried to count your calories n see what's your daily intake count?

    Great progress otherwise.

    Try a fruit only day, salad only day kinds of diet, just for a day n see if it makes a difference. salad is good as it can be balanced n nutritious.

    Like boiled green Moong Dal with onion, tomato, carrots, lemon juice, salt, pepper salad.

    N try healthy salads like that. It can help break the plateau.

    SN - carrot and almonds watermelon
    LC - vazhathandu thoran and bangain bartha, yogurt, mango thokku
    SN - 1 slice bread with peanut butter, oat crackers bar, tea
    DN - poha with jaggery
    walk - 30 mins

    Did you rest enough. sometimes continuous workout creates boredom and tiredness.
