    Yesterday

    Morning tea
    BF rago dosa 1
    Lunch two fish slices and small cup rice
    Cucumber salad
    Dinner rice and Rasam I was unwell and had to eat rice and Rasam

    2 l of water
    30 min work out
    Failed in 2 challenges- 2 points

    Update for today
    EM lemon water and honey
    Tea
    BF ragi + sambar+ very lil peanut chutney
    Mid day sprouts corn salad
    Lunch brown rice + ridge guard
    White pumpkin + curd salad
    Butter milk
    Eve tea
    Dinner chappathi 1 + cauliflower+ peas(had by 7)

    Work out 30 mins brisk walk
    Water 3 L

    Scored 4 points today

    Hi All
    I would like to join here for my weight loss. I am at 69 now. For my height I'd like to be at 58. So, need to lose 11 kg which is no going to be an easy journey. My biggest culprit is my inability to control. By posting here, I will hopefully be able to review and limit my diet on a daily basis.

    BF:
    2 pan cakes with honey
    coffee
    Lunch:
    Rice, brinjal curry, potato stir fry
    Snack:
    Grapefruit, almonds
    Dinner:
    2 wheat dosa by 8PM

    Brisk walking 30 mins.

    Yesterday being a weekend day, diet was a little bit out of control. Will try to control that today.

    Haven't done any diet or work out last 2 day . Going through my monthly cycle which is very painful and uncomfortable, just ate what was cook for the family , which was also cooked with less patience... I cook at home to try avoid unhealthy out side food ... I hope to feel better and start off from tomorrow ..

    I would recommend people who are dieting to increase protein in their diet.
    This helps in building muscle and not being hungry all the time.
    Best of luck to ladies to achieve their desired goal.

    I would like to join as well as I have 30 kilos to lose after my second pregnancy.

    I have tried many times to lose weight unsuccessfully due to the cravings.

    I have insulin resistance that makes it all the more difficult for me to control my cravings and lean towards carbs.

    I will start logging in my activities from today.

    BF - 1 egg chapathi roll and a cup of pongal.
    Lunch - 1 egg chapathi roll.
    Snack - 1 banana with a bowl of sev
    Dinner - 1 non veg taco bowl

    I know where I have messed up. I tried but cannot seem to resist my cravings for junk in the afternoons and early evenings.

    No exercise today.

    My height - 5ft
    My weight as of Jan 1 - 89 kilos.
