anyone following paleo diet here?
10march: followed diet+ half hour workout
11march: warm water+coffee
Sprouts+roti+green chana veg
I am bit irregular for past few days - has sweets/treat etc etc and no workout. that is reflecting in my weight..
Trying to bring the diet into control.
Could not update for long due to my vacations. Lost 1.5 KGs ..@ 68.5 now

As far as my update is concerned, I have not been able to lose weight. I am blaming it on my thyroid. My tsh is out of range and I have been referred to a specialist to sort it out. Also suffering from heavy periods. Feeling helpless. On my part, I will continue to faithfully follow the diet and exercise. Rest is up to God's mercy.

Sorry to hear that and my hugs to you for handling it with so much of positivity dear. Yes with Thyroid going out of the way, weight loss is not possible. I hope you are able to keep TSH in check post this checkup.
Your positive attitude is great
To give you another angle, though you have not been able to lose weight, your lifestyle change in regards to diet n exercise will atleast 'stop' you from gaining any excess weight n make your body healthy in the process.
