    I would like to join the team..
    Have the target of reaching 60 by year end.. means 10 kg loss..
    My days goes well till evening..Once back from offfice feel hungry and eat whatever available ..

    Hi Ana12, welcome. It is tough for those who return from office. I myself have had this experience and have seen it in my hubby and mil also. One idea is to eat healthy stuff like salad, fruits. I know it is easier said than done. But if you tell your mind before itself that this is what you are going to do, it will be easier to control.

    Generally also, dinner should be a light meal.

    13-Feb:
    BF: Boiled Mung dhal
    Coffee
    Lunch: Buckwheat, Sambar
    Snack: Popcorn, Grapes
    Dinner: Chickpea Salad

    Walking: 30 mins
    3L water

    Completed all 3 :)

    My settings to see others signature was disabled. Now only i saw that you are using weight tracker ticker. Nice. I also got one. Thanks for your helpful info. It is great that you switched to home made atta. Good for your and your family.

    Day 8: 3L water, salad, green tea, 15000 steps, 3 floor, 2cup tea, diet 75% as surprised Dinner outside by hubby
    Weight 78.5 kg( 200gm less:banana:)

    Today's diet: as per plan
    Started by morning at 5:45 am with warm water+ black coffee+ badam
    done 10 min excercise( jumping jacks30, squats20, stretching 5 min)
    Very Happy and Full of energy:cheer:

    Day 9: 3L water, salad, green tea, 15000 steps, 6 floor, 1cup tea, diet 100% No cheat, breathing excercise.
    Weight 79.1 kg ( why??)

    Today's diet: as per plan
    Started by morning at 5:45 am with warm water+ black coffee+ badam
    done 10 min excercise( jumping jacks30, squats20, stretching 2 min)

    Energy is full but thinking why scales are showing high today....can any one help??
